REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in patent prosecution within a law firm setting,

• Membership in the patent bar,

• Educational background in fields such as cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or disciplines related to digital health, as well as biomedical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.

• For legal professionals: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.

• Experience in drafting and prosecuting applications related to medical devices, mechanical technologies, and basic electrical technologies is preferred.

• Additional experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemical compositions, and/or software is a plus.
