About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Field Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the guest experience, including package delivery, physical check-ins, and general interactions.
  • Create engaging content for our social media platforms and website, showcasing our team, location, and properties.
  • Manage the entire guest journey from check-in to check-out.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all accommodations are well-maintained and guest-ready.
  • Respond promptly to all guest requests and inquiries.
  • Proactively communicate with guests to coordinate services, including arrival and check-in.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, arrival processes, check-ins, issue resolution, and local recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including patrolling assigned areas, addressing suspicious persons, and enforcing marina rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with various hardware, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Clean driving record and ability to safely operate various vehicles.
  • High level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel within the market area.
