Key Responsibilities- Guest Communication: Coordinate all guest communication on behalf of the company, responding to inquiries, reservation calls, and in-stay guest service calls in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance with general inquiries, the booking process, arrival process, remote check-ins, issue resolution, and local recommendations.
- Work Order Management: Enter work orders and communicate with team members, departments, and service partners as necessary.
- Emergency Support: Assist guests with remote check-in and emergencies during evening hours and on weekends, as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using various hardware, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Reliability: Possess reliable transportation and the ability to travel around the market.
- Availability: Available to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings, and evenings as needed.
- Communication: Professional in all forms of communication, including email, phone calls, chat, video calls, and texts.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and interruptions.
- Language: Fluent in English.
