Dermatology Industry Relations Director

Galderma, a leading player in the dermatology market, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Relations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our ambitions to become the world's leading dermatology company.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key thought leaders, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and ensuring the successful implementation of our medical and commercial communication efforts. Your expertise in the aesthetic industry, combined with your existing thought leader relationships, will be invaluable in driving our Galderma IDS strategy forward.
As a Professional Relations Director, you will:
- Develop and execute a clear KOL identification engagement plan to establish trust and increase awareness of ALASTIN within the Physician-dispensed Skincare and aesthetic community.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with core KOLs to identify podium and speaking opportunities, ad boards, and internal project needs.
- Develop and execute a strategic Speak Bureau and faculty for HCP P2P initiatives, inclusive of education programs, congress features, and trade journal opportunities.
- Build and manage Executive engagement and touchpoints with key thought leaders at core Congresses and Society Leadership meetings.
- Ensure strategic, consistent, and ongoing HCP and KTL outreach, engagement, and education plan through clear and measurable objectives.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonus opportunities, career advancement, and cross-training.
