We are seeking an experienced RN with exceptional leadership skills to fill a 13-week House Supervisor position at Next Move Healthcare in Kennewick, Washington.

Job Overview

This travel nursing job involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care in a fast-paced medical setting. As a seasoned RN, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals, making critical decisions, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses and other healthcare staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the state of Washington
  • At least 2 years of experience as a House Supervisor or in a similar leadership position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
