Nurse Supervisor Position in Washington State

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of House Supervisor at one of our facilities in Kennewick, Washington. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
Job DescriptionAs a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing patient care and supervision to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals. Your primary duties will include assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing treatment. You will also be responsible for monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all necessary treatments are administered in a timely manner.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also serve as a leader and mentor to our nursing staff. You will be expected to provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a specialty related to this role. You must also possess an active RN license and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
