Job DescriptionAs a House Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of hospital units. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Supervise and mentor nursing staff to achieve excellent patient care outcomes.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide expert clinical guidance and support to staff members.
- Communication: Foster effective communication among healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of full-time House Supervisor experience within the last 2 years.
- A current state and/or national nursing license.
