">We are seeking experienced House Supervisors for a 13-week contract in the Kennewick, WA area. Our commitment to excellence and consultative approach has helped us become a leading provider of healthcare staffing services.
">The Role: As a House Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage staff performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead a team of nursing professionals in delivering patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
Requirements:
">- A minimum of 1 year full-time experience as a House Supervisor within the last 2 years.
- Current state and/or national license required.
Benefits Package:
">- Competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience)
