About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
