Job Title: Logistics and Compliance Specialist

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

We are seeking a Logistics and Compliance Specialist to join our team at VADILAL USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods. This includes arranging for transportation of goods from port to warehouse and monitoring & tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery to warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate rates with shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and control shipping costs to stay within budget.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies in logistics and international trade.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in export/import operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP.
