Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team. This position offers a direct hire opportunity along with a $1000 incentive for new hires.

Work Schedule: The hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with ample opportunities for overtime.

Position Summary: The role involves assembling manufactured and purchased components into subassemblies or complete products. These products may include mechanical, electrical, or hybrid systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and comprehend blueprints and routings to fabricate parts according to specified standards.
  • Ensure the quality of the assemblies produced and conduct necessary inspections.
  • Maintain routine upkeep of tools and equipment, while ensuring a clean workspace.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of all necessary tools to execute job functions.
  • Ability to operate assembly machinery, including rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools.
  • Physical capability to frequently lift 30 lbs, along with regular standing, sitting, bending, and pushing of 30 lbs.
