Job Summary

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a skilled Bluebird Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Bluebird customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Bluebird customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist dealers and rental houses with service, warranty, and parts concerns
  • Document issues and concerns, and suggest product improvements to the assembly and engineering teams
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and impactful manner to improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist with warranty claims and provide policy adjustment authorization when applicable
  • Participate in distributor and dealer training seminars, and assist with the creation and development of training materials
Requirements
  • Background in outdoor power equipment or equivalent field
  • Experience with small engines
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask on various projects
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to present to large groups and create an environment of trust
Education and Experience

Associated degree in Technical Service or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
