Bluebird Product Specialist

At Metalcraft of Mayville, we are seeking a highly skilled Bluebird Product Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our customers, dealers, and rental houses.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer technical support calls, emails, and letters
- Communicate with and assist Bluebird dealers and rental houses with service, warranty, and parts concerns
- Assist distributors, dealers, and end-users with machine troubleshooting and parts questions
- Document issues and concerns and suggest product improvements to assembly and engineering teams
- Resolve dealer and end-user issues to improve Bluebird customer satisfaction
- Assist with reviewing online warranty claims to determine and analyze trends
- Provide distributors and dealers with warranty policy adjustment authorization
- Assist with customer contacts sent in via social media and email
- Participate in distributor and dealer training seminars
- Assist with creating and developing training materials
- Assist with improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications
Requirements:
- Background in outdoor power equipment or equivalent field
- Experience with small engines
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask on various projects
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Ability to present to large groups
- Ability to create an environment of trust and exhibit a positive attitude
Education/Experience:
- Associated degree in Technical Service or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
