Job Summary

The Process Excellence Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Implement process improvements through the use of technology and workflow modifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business results
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of process improvements
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and seek opportunities for further refinement

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired
  • Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Proficiency using process mapping tools (Visio, Mural, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships to secure necessary resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project leadership experience in complex, intra-unit, or enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Prior experience working with a technology platform or in Infrastructure
  • Experience with project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement initiatives

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
