Position Overview

The Email Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the marketing team in the creation and distribution of daily email communications, developing targeted email segments, and conducting performance tracking and analytics reporting. Collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience across multiple channels is essential.

A foundational understanding of data integration with an Email Service Provider is preferred, along with a technical mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Internet Operations, Creative, Analytics).

Core Duties

  • Aid in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and other CRM-related projects.
  • Manage the email marketing process: oversee the marketing department's email campaign calendar, perform data entry for the email calendar, execute customer segmentation, implement analytics tagging, conduct pre-deployment testing and quality control, manage deployment through the Listrak platform, and perform backend analysis using Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with colleagues and leadership to ensure that project outcomes align with marketing goals and that messaging is consistent across all platforms.
  • Research industry trends and competitive insights to enhance customer segmentation, creative elements, and the latest email marketing strategies and tools.
  • Analyze and interpret email performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated creativity and artistic sensibility with a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and outstanding analytical skills.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.


Work is generally conducted in an office setting, though some projects may require travel to non-traditional work environments. The role necessitates the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, as well as the capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs and walk short distances.
