Executive Director - PACE - Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to assume a leadership role at a progressive and well-run Hospice organization in the Savannah, GA area.

This not-for-profit organization is committed to delivering exceptional patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care to every member of the family.

Our Client Offers:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take leadership responsibility in supporting management staff to create a productive and efficient work environment
  • Lead the interdisciplinary team in implementing operating policies and procedures
  • Coordinate staff operations to ensure quality care
  • Ensure the employment of qualified Director of Nursing and sufficient staff to meet care needs
  • Develop and implement an orientation, training, and supervision program for employees and volunteers
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Georgia
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Hospice experience required
  • Knowledge of hospice concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
