- Maintain a Safe Working Environment: Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others, adhering to Aramark and client standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Accurately clean and maintain housekeeping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Trash Management: Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash, transporting it to designated areas.
- Maintenance Concerns: Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
- Facility Security: Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required, and ensure the security of company assets.
- Previous Experience: Previous custodial experience is required, with previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred.
- Independence and Adaptability: Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision and be adaptable to guest needs.
- Safety Procedures: Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
- Guest Service: Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
