Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
  • Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
