Payroll Management:
The Accounting Supervisor will also oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions. Responsibilities include:
1. Implementing and refining payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
2. Maintaining the payroll system with up-to-date employee information, including new hires and terminations.
3. Investigating and resolving discrepancies in payroll data, collaborating with HR and other departments as necessary.
4. Running payroll cycles according to the established schedule and verifying payroll reports.
5. Communicating with employees regarding payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
6. Supervising and mentoring payroll staff, providing guidance on complex payroll issues.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
