Customer Service Team Lead

At Food Lion, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Kernersville, USA. As a key member of our Front End department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store operates efficiently.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Team Lead will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers
- Assisting the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual
- Maintaining knowledge of office procedures, including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, Western Union, money orders, and Coinstar
- Ensuring the MVP savings center KIOSK is filled with paper and properly working
- Performing tasks as scheduled or as needed per the surge plan guidelines
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
