About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Service Coordination, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in various facets of People and Culture, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, compensation, benefits, etc.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to execute People and Culture strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in maintaining and communicating SCI's People and Culture policies and procedures, including the Team Member handbook.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to champion an environment where we can inspire and develop all people to do their best work.
  • Identify opportunities and assess improvements to the Team Member's experience and collaboratively develop and implement innovative and effective solutions.
  • Perform other People and Culture related duties and special projects as assigned.
