Job Title: Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Excel Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, providing personalized coaching to members, and maintaining a safe and clean workout environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead group fitness classes, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises
  • Provide personalized coaching to members, including creating customized workout plans and offering guidance on proper form and technique
  • Maintain a safe and clean workout environment, including inspecting equipment and reporting any issues to management
  • Communicate effectively with members, including providing feedback and encouragement to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and supportive workout environment
Requirements:
  • Personal Training Certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven ability to lead, encourage, and develop the work of others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Work Environment:

This job operates in a fitness club environment and requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The noise level in the club environment may be loud on a regular basis.
