Job Summary

At Western & Southern Life, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex cases, including non-forfeiture options, premium income, and contract changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including privacy, legal, and tax regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand changes in the industry and their impact on our functions.
  • Conduct training sessions with Specialist and Processor teams to ensure accuracy and provide job-specific instruction.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (Required) and some college work (Preferred).
  • Experience identifying and resolving problems, demonstrating independent decision-making and self-initiative.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of systems, including MDOCS, BACC, PAC, PRIDE, ADMI, ALIS, or comparable systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of mathematics and principles behind monetary transactions.

Work Setting/Position Demands
  • Works in an office setting, remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • Requires verbal communication and exchange of accurate information with customers and associates.
  • Requires visual acuity to read and interpret correspondence, procedures, reports, and forms.
  • Requires the ability to prepare written correspondence, reports, and forms using prescribed formats.
