Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in sales support or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Proficiency in reading and writing Japanese is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing information on products, pricing, and availability.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of sales orders, collaborating with warehouse and shipping teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Generate and dispatch invoices to customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing department to ensure stock is replenished as necessary.
