Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Sales

A leading consulting firm, Actus Consulting Group, is seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve established sales goals by maintaining sales volume and selling price through effective market analysis and competitor research.
  • Conduct sales activities with customers, focusing on future and potential business opportunities.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for subordinates as they generate leads and close new deals.
  • Negotiate and coordinate contracts and their content with customers.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition.
  • Assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance, and manage conflict to ensure alignment with sales plans.
  • Actively participate in meetings and maintain smooth communication with both production and technical teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key personnel of customers and/or potential customers.
  • Recommend price schedules and discount rates.
  • Establish contacts with various types of employees, including engineers, at both current and potential customers.
  • Conduct credit management regularly.
Customer Supports:
  • Investigate trends in order placement or vendor-managed inventory consumption based on operating conditions and production plans.
  • Inform factories regarding customers' inventory status to shorten shipping time when orders are received.
  • Provide price quotes, proposals, and notify credit terms to customers.
  • Makes presentations or demonstrations regarding products.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns; resolve customer complaints via phone and/or email.
Inventory Control:
  • Support managing inventory and physical inventory counts of assigned customers.
  • Prevent the increase of slow-moving and dead inventories.
Collection:
  • Support or assist A/R personnel and/or Accounting Dept. for collection-related duties.
  • Support collecting payment from delinquent customers.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales-related work for more than 2 years preferred.

Language: Japanese/English at business level.

Salary: $100K - 120K including bonus.
