Key Responsibilities of the Junior Healthcare Administration Associate:
1. Timely and accurately submit invoices to payers for products and services rendered.
2. Correctly assess quantities and pricing for billed medications.
3. Ensure that services and products are properly authorized and that necessary documentation is available prior to billing.
4. Confirm that invoices are submitted for services and products that have been appropriately ordered and verified as delivered.
5. Complete and verify all required documentation for billing before claim submission.
6. Comply with regulatory and payer guidelines, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications for the Junior Healthcare Administration Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
