Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets by generating new business and closing deals within the Commercial Upstream Lighting rebate programs.
  • Implement our proven sales strategy to drive growth and success.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following up with customers after each sale and using best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the energy efficiency industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent in the face of challenges.
