Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various functional departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse and intricate business requirements supported by the system.

• Assess how evolving business demands will impact the system.

• Address inquiries and guide users regarding existing and prospective system inputs, processes, and outputs.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the nature, impact, and outcomes of system-related issues.

• Develop comprehensive business user specifications, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling.

• Ensure that system documentation is current and accurate, coordinating and executing testing of system modifications in both validated and non-validated environments.

• Provide systems expertise and support for system training, educational resources, and materials.

• Collaborate with Business System Owners, Site BTS Leads, and Site Operations Managers on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.


• Create project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), process maps, and all other project and quality deliverables as required by project specifications.

• Ensure that projects and tasks are completed within designated timeframes and budget constraints.

• Document and address technology deployment project challenges and risks.

• Effectively monitor and manage project scope and budget.

• Proactively communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders.

• Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose issues and provide recommendations regarding systems and data, integrating knowledge of business and technology for informed suggestions.

• Translate data collected from user discussions into actionable business requirements.

• Identify business/system needs and propose solutions, assisting with testing strategies and developing preliminary findings.

• Act as a liaison with business representatives, gathering business requirements from user discussions and translating them into IT specifications.

• Partner with IT teams to identify solutions for business/system needs.

• Collaborate with business units to analyze processes and requirements, making recommendations that effectively address those needs.

• Analyze complex work procedures and job methods, presenting concepts to streamline those processes.


• Employ appropriate tools to gather, correlate, and analyze data, maintaining technical records for developing operational and instructional manuals.

• Conduct tests and prepare preliminary findings for review by experienced analysts.

• Accountable for supplier assessment, compliance, and fitment evaluation in accordance with Corporate and BTS Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the following areas:

- Developing detailed business user specifications, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling;

- Conducting testing of system modifications in both validated and non-validated environments;

- Acting as a liaison with business representatives, gathering business requirements from user discussions, and translating them into IT specifications;

- Collecting, correlating, and analyzing data, maintaining technical records for operational and instructional manual development.
