Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medical health benefits and eligibility
- Submit pre-authorizations for ABA, SLP, and OT services
- Process credentialing applications for insurance providers
- Provide demographic information to insurance companies
- Post and reconcile payments within our Practice Management System
- Audit Accounts Receivables
- Conduct follow-up communications with insurance companies
- Manage claims follow-ups
- Bill clients for Patient Responsibility and reconcile payments
- Document detailed notes
- Perform data entry and categorization
- Complete other assigned tasks and duties

- A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, regardless of the field of study
