Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our critical care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in critical care, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop plans to improve their condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Valid license to practice respiratory therapy in the state of practice.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
  • 1 year of critical care experience.
