  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food and beverages to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated to minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that guests have a positive experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and liquor licensing.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and promote the food and beverage services.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and ability to stand for periods of up to 6-8 hours.
  • Licenses and Certifications: New York State Gaming license.
