As a key member of our enrollment services department, you will be responsible for leading and managing various aspects of student registration, academic records, and institutional research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the enrollment services department, ensuring seamless student registration and academic record-keeping processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional standards.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to provide excellent customer service and support to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive enrollment growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including other universities, government agencies, and industry organizations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years of experience in a college or university setting, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-service-oriented, and academic institution.
  • Progressive management experience in higher education, preferably in an enrollment-services, advising, or other student service role.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and administrators at all levels of the institution.
