Position Overview
- Our service consultants provide exceptional customer support while facilitating communication between valued clients and our proficient technician team.
- No previous experience as a service consultant is required; comprehensive training sessions with a Certified Trainer will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, gathering essential vehicle details.
- Advise clients on necessary services, recalls, routine maintenance, and additional repairs.
- Discuss service contract options and vehicle protection plans tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare detailed repair orders outlining time, costs, and labor estimates.
- Document customer concerns accurately on repair orders to assist technicians in their work.
- Clarify all diagnoses, work completed, and any charges on the repair order to the customer.
- Identify mechanical issues by attentively listening to customer concerns, performing visual inspections, and conducting road tests when necessary.
- Handle incoming service inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain excellent communication at all times.
- Adhere to our core value of Customer Service Above All Else to ensure manufacturer CSI scores exceed industry standards.

Qualifications
