Job SummaryThe Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is designed for graduating engineers seeking advanced technical and business leadership opportunities. As a TLDP participant, you will rotate through five major engineering groups in the United States, gaining hands-on experience and developing expertise in various areas.

You will work closely with experienced mentors, engage in project-based learning, and participate in rotational assignments to broaden your skill set. This program offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career and become a future leader in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotational assignments across various engineering groups, including Service, Engineered Modernizations, Parts, New Equipment, and Global Technical Services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes
  • Develop and implement projects to demonstrate understanding of key learnings and contribute to the company's growth
  • Maintain open communication with mentors and peers to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and support
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Engineering degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher (electrical or mechanical engineering preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Relocation flexibility within the United States
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
