Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Tech PRN

About the Role:

Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Tech PRN to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of technical procedures using radionuclides for diagnosis and treatment of disease in humans.
  • Assume responsibility for designated areas of procedures and/or may be assigned duties as an instructor in areas of specific competence.
  • Recognize the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Perform examinations on patients of various ages from pediatric to geriatric.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in Radiology Technology preferred.
  • Texas Medical Board-MRT license required.
  • Current BCLS certification required.
  • ARRT or NMCT required.
  • At least one year of full-time experience in clinical Nuclear Medicine imaging including didactic experience preferred.
