Role Responsibilities:
As a Systems Administrator within the TTWCS Program, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating in an agile Kanban framework to provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diverse Information Technology (IT) systems, including networking devices.
  • Overseeing IT systems, which includes daily operations, monitoring, and resolving issues for all client/server/storage/network devices.
  • Collaborating with Security personnel to patch and secure Windows and networking systems against Cyber Threats.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in Windows system administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS).
  • Strong skills in computer networking, preferably with Cisco.
  • Experience in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, and/or Ansible).
  • Familiarity with DISA STIGs and Security Hardening of operating systems and applications.
Preferred Skills:

  • Professional experience in Linux system administration.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • CCNA or CCNP certification.
Security Clearance Statement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
