Are you ready to influence the advancement of science and global health? ATCC, a leader in biomaterials production, is looking for a Lead Sales Support Coordinator for a flexible hybrid position, allowing for 1-2 days of office work each week.
In this capacity, you will act as the key liaison between ATCC and our distributor network, enhancing communication, providing assistance, and promoting sales growth. A background in Biology or the Life Sciences sector is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities- Distributor Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with ATCC distributors, serving as their primary contact for sales-related queries and assistance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination with distributors to fulfill customer requirements and achieve sales objectives.
- Training Coordination: Organize product training and other educational sessions for distributors to improve their knowledge of ATCC products and services, enabling them to effectively promote and sell to customers.
- Performance Evaluation and Enhancement: Assess distributor performance and sales activities, identify growth opportunities, and provide constructive feedback and guidance as necessary. Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, sales trends, and market insights for management's review and strategic decision-making.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate on promotional initiatives, product launches, and sales campaigns with distributors to drive revenue growth and market presence. Assist in the formulation and execution of sales strategies aimed at revenue enhancement and market expansion, staying informed about industry trends and competitor actions.
- High School diploma with 5 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within the life sciences or biotechnology sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for distributor meetings and industry events.
- Self-driven with a focus on fostering sales growth and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic work setting.
