Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Theatre Manager to join our team. As a Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cinema, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our theatre runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring, Training, and Development: Hire, train, and develop a team of cinema staff to provide attentive and efficient service to our guests.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or concerns from guests and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Theatre Operations: Monitor theatre activity and ensure that it is properly staffed and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure that staff members follow company policies and procedures, and that our theatre is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our guests and team members at all times, and ensure that our guests receive a high-quality experience.
  • Communication: Communicate and coordinate with your fellow colleagues to ensure that our theatre runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the film industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
