Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Theatre Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences in our theatre and arcade areas. This is a part-time position that offers a wide range of opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional guest service by interacting with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  2. Treat all guests with a positive attitude to ensure their complete satisfaction.
  3. Maintain a safe and secure arcade environment.
  4. Redeem arcade points for redemption prizes.
  5. Clean, organize, and stock redemption store and counters.
  6. Clean arcade games and sweep/vacuum arcade carpets.
  7. Attempt to troubleshoot malfunctioning arcade games and notify management or maintenance of any issues.
  8. Work with fellow employees to ensure an enjoyable experience for guests.
  9. Answer arcade and theatre requests.
  10. Respond promptly to guest needs.
  11. Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service in a variety of situations.
