Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services, utilizing your knowledge, skills, and technology to deliver a world-class sales and service experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Represent Comcast's products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers, providing product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks.
  • Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Know and understand sales compensation plan and its key elements.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed.
  • Be able to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.

Comcast is proud to offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $15.00 and a total target compensation of $22.69. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-5 years of relative work experience
