Compensation: $18.16 per hour plus unlimited sales and service incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide solutions-oriented products and services by establishing genuine connections with customers, fostering enduring relationships. Your responsibilities will include overseeing store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and mentoring our skilled technicians.
- Conduct repairs on various devices.
- Enhance customer satisfaction using our service, solve, and sell approach, promoting the Asurion Connected Home product with every interaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor technical experts.
- Act as store manager when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) regarding repair turnaround times.
- Guarantee all work orders are completed by the end of the day.
- Oversee buybacks and return material authorizations (RMAs).
- Manage back-office operations and ensure adherence to new processes and procedures.
- Order and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies are ordered and utilized, maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- At least 6 months of experience in smartphone repairs or a related field.
- Preferred 1+ years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in inventory management, including counts and live inventory tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Drive to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
- Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Dependability and adaptability in challenging situations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
