Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Packaging: Package infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills, and Windows-based operating software.
  • Time Management: Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
  • Sanitation and Cleanup: Sanitize and clean all processing areas throughout the day.
  • Production Support: Assist with the production line, load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies, and fill and package products for delivery.
  • Data Recording: Record data accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Organizational Ability: Well-organized and able to keep deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Works well with all peers.
  • Time-Management Skills: Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.
  • Physical Demands: Fast, efficient, and nimble.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Full knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements to keep the facility at 100% compliance at all times.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings.
  • Registered Agent Card: Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Other Duties: Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
