We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the success of our facility.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure they are providing high-quality care and support to patients.
- Assume the role of Charge Nurse as assigned, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
