Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct patient assessments, provide nursing interventions, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide nursing interventions and coordinate care with the treatment team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
  • Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in behavioral health or rehabilitation nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
