Mental Health Professional Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at the Dodge County Jail in Juneau, Wisconsin. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide proactive and collaborative care to our patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and ongoing evaluations, and offer consultation to in-house and community services.
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and work collaboratively with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual.
  • Perform risk assessments of inmates, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and develop discharge plans.
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, records, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Must be a Licensed, Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician with a LCSW, LPC, or equivalent license.
  • Graduation from a Masters level program.
  • Minimum of one year employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent.
  • Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
