Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Make observations, report and record observations, and form nursing judgments and carry out nursing actions.
- Follow established standards of nursing practices and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform daily rounds, develop and implement comprehensive care plans, and pass medications and treatments.
- Supervise meal trays and snacks, monitor diets, and assist with feeding and passing of snacks.
- Follow facility admissions procedures and communicate admission to other departments, staff, physicians, and service providers.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a vocational school of practical nursing.
- One to two years of experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Current Nurse License.
