Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the execution, budget formulation, tracking, and analysis of various initiatives. This includes project initiation and closure, invoice processing, resource management, and the development of project tracking documentation.
- Establish processes to effectively support Operational and Technical teams. Collaborate directly with team leaders to create a system that delivers information and optimizes communication.
- Develop and implement a cross-departmental framework to unify information and messaging.
- Create a workflow schedule with Finance and the primary analyst of the group to ensure alignment on monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal department leaders to monitor their personnel and sub-budgets that will aggregate to NGT.
- Engage with key stakeholders and the Legal team to guarantee that agreements, contracts, and releases are thoroughly executed.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient understanding of Finance, budgeting, and estimate development
- Familiarity with Live Sports Television, including Local and Studio Programming
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of the NBA, its teams, and affiliated leagues
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Experience Required:
- 6-8 years of pertinent experience
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Salary Range: [[$90,000 - $105,000]]
