Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Engineering Instructor to join our team at N.C. Community College System. As an Engineering Professor, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and instructing engineering course content in a student-centered learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach curriculum to students, promoting a deep understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
- Maintain accurate documentation required for students and instructors, ensuring seamless course delivery.
- Stay current with information and skills in teaching field, applying best practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with directors and staff to achieve academic excellence and support student success.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Engineering or related area with 18 or more graduate hours in Engineering.
- Previous higher education experience, with a proven track record of teaching excellence.
- Previous experience using educational technology, such as Blackboard, to support student learning.
