Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Design and deliver engaging lectures, hands-on activities, and assignments that align with our curriculum goals.
- Student Assessment and Feedback: Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments, recognizing strengths and areas for improvement.
- Classroom Management: Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and engagement.
- Blackboard Course Management: Maintain a well-organized Blackboard course with a syllabus and gradebook for each class.
- Attendance and Grading: Report attendance weekly and ensure that all grades are submitted within the college's 10-day grading policy.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in your discipline and maintain industry credentials.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with 18 or more graduate hours in Engineering is required.
- Experience: Previous higher education experience and experience using Blackboard and technology in education are preferred.
