Truckload Operations Coordinator

As a Dedicated Operations Coordinator at A. Duie Pyle, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, hiring drivers, and developing a full-service solution. Our Dedicated Division offers a unique regional truckload alternative within the Northeast, helping businesses navigate and reach their supply chain goals.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage scheduling for a dedicated customer, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
* Be available and on call for Pyle driver and customer needs, providing prompt support and assistance.
* Develop and optimize daily schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to schedule deliveries and grow the business.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in transportation management, preferably in a dedicated environment.
* Strong understanding of load planning and driver management.
* Proficiency with computers, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.).
* Ability to be on call during driver work hours and respond promptly to customer needs.
* Knowledge of DOT regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
